POLICE are appealing for help in tracing a Staffordshire bull terrier which attacked a pet dog while it was on its lead.
The female owner of an Irish Terrier was walking her dog in the public fields near Belmont Road, Malvern, when the Staffordshire bull terrier attacked- it didn't appear to have a collar, was without a lead nor did it have anyone with it.
The injured Irish terrier was treated at a local veterinary surgery for bite marks to its neck.
Its attacker has still not been identified.
It happened on Saturday, June 20, around 7.30pm.
