WHAT'S that coming over the hill? It's a celebrity sports presenter.

Many famous faces have walked the Malvern Hills, and this time it was the turn of BBC's Clare Balding.

The OBE winner was scaling the hills as a feature for her radio 4 series, "Ramblings", interviewing and walking with Malvern based fundraising outfit, Team Zulu.

Tarquin Shaw-Young, of Team Zulu, said: "Clare was with us for about three hours, walking and interviewing us as she went.

"It's great to be on her show, and we will certainly listening out for it when it airs.

"We wrote to her to invite her along, and we were delighted she came along. She was very nice, very genuine and she seemed to really enjoy the Malvern Hills. It wasn't the best day weather wise, but some of the views are still stunning.

"Its' great for us to be featured on her programme as it raises out profile and could help with increase the amount of money we raise, which is great."

Team Zulu were in training ahead of walking the 34 mile Worcestershire Way once again, in aid of St Richard's Hospice.

St George's Brewery have also backed their fundraising efforts, and have created a special beer called "Team Zulu". For every barrel sold the brewery will make a donation to the team's cause. The beer will be available at a number of pubs across Malvern.

The Worcestershire Way event is scheduled to go ahead on June 19, and it is also in June that the Radio 4 programme is due to air.
