POLICE attended a retail park in Townsend Way, Malvern, on April 29 following reports of around half a dozen cars being driven recklessly in the area.
Officers reported no anti social behaviour going on when they arrived but took registration numbers of suspects and gave advice on relevant legislation in relation to seizure of vehicles and dispersal orders.
