THE best of local produce will be on sale in Malvern town centre on Saturday. February 21, when the farmers' market returns to Abbey Road.
The event, which is supported by Malvern Hills District Council and takes place on the third Saturday of the month, will be open from 9am until 2pm.
Malcolm Salisbury, economic development officer at MHDC, said: “The farmers’ market is always popular as it’s a great way to speak directly to the people producing and selling the food and find out exactly where it has come from.
"The market also helps to promote fresh food and healthy eating as well as supporting local businesses and the rural economy.”
Stalls at the market sell everything from fish and meat, fruit and vegetables, puddings, plants and herbs, to breads, cakes, jams and honey, wine, cider and juices.
