A window of a listed building was smashed in Upton after a beer glass was thrown toward it.
The beer glass was thrown toward the property in Court Street, smashing the downstairs bathroom window.
The victim's boyfriend, who was at the property at the time, heard the noise and upon seeing the offenders running off gave chase but didn't catch them.
The group of males were aged between 15 and 18 years old. No attempt was made to gain entry to the property.
It happened around 11.45pm on Saturday, January 24.
