A PLAN to build three now houses at Woodend Farm, Upper Welland Road, Malvern Wells, has been given the go-ahead by Malvern Hills councillors.
The application, submitted by Mr and Mrs D Horn, was approved by 10 votes to five with one abstention at a meeting of the council's southern area development management committee.
