MALVERN Hills District Council is challenging 14-25 year olds to become fitter and healthier by signing up to a new dance fitness course.

The council has teamed up with the Sports Partnership Herefordshire and Worcestershire and Dancefest to provide the six-week course, which starts on Monday, February 23.

The course, held at Sport Dyson Perrins from 3.30pm to 4.30pm, costs just £10 for all six sessions. All abilities are welcome and no dance experience is needed.

Poppy Marriott of Dancefest said: “Dance Fitness is an energetic weekly dance class using several different dance styles such as contemporary, street, hip-hop and zumba to promote health and fitness – so come along and get fit whilst having loads of fun.”
