AERIAL photographs showcasing Worcestershire in all its glory have been shared on a social media site.
Pilot Andy King posted the snaps, which were taken on Sunday (January 18) during a sunny winter’s day, on Twitter and added “good day for flying”.
One photograph shows the River Severn, agricultural fields and the Malvern Hills in the background, with conditions clear and crisp.
Another provides a view of Worcester from 2,500 ft, revealing only small patches of flooding next to the cricket ground and at Pitchcroft.
Mr King wrote alongside the picture “very different to last year”.
Perhaps the most dramatic picture however is of Upton. The image shows flooding almost encircling the town, with Mr King joking “Upton IN Severn! (well, almost)".
