THE Jenny Lind Singers are presenting a concert of Christmas music on Tuesday, December 23 at 7.30pm in The Church of The Ascension.
The programme will include festive favourites and well loved carols, and refreshments will be available afterwards.
This choir of young female voices is named after the renowned Swedish Nightingale who lived in Malvern for the latter part of her life. Although they began their musical and vocal training in Malvern, many members of the choir now live some distance away, but they regularly return to Malvern to keep the spirit of Jenny Lind alive today. The Jenny Lind Singers are directed by Lynne Lindner and will be accompanied on this occasion by Tim Sidford.
Tickets for this seasonal concert will be available at the door, priced £10. We hope to see you there!
