PUPILS at Madresfield CE Primary School have done their bit for the needy this Christmas by making a donation to the Malvern Foodbank.
The school maintains a hamper all year round which children can add items to as and when they are able.
But with Christmas on the way, staff at the school decided it would be a nice idea to collect festive goodies, such as chocolate and sweets, for children who may otherwise go without.
School administrator Sue Moore said: "We are delighted to say that we have managed to collect over 100 items which have now been delivered to the Malvern Foodbank where we hope, in a small way, they will go towards making this Christmas a happy one."
Pictured with the haul are Freddy Brookes aged five (left) and Tyler Brookes, eight.
