Leading Scottish folk band for barn gig

HEAR why a thrilling and unique brand of contemporary folk music has earned a band international recognition.

Breabach are the latest guests at the Fleecey Folk night at the Fleece Inn, Bretforton, near Evesham, on Wednesday, May 21 when they play the Barn fresh from being nominated as Best Band in the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards 2014.

The Scottish group is considered one of the UK’s most dynamic and powerful bands, incorporating highland bagpipes, ?ddle, guitar, bass, ?ute, bouzouki, step dance, Gaelic and Scots song to produce a dynamic, diverse and captivating performance.

Their repertoire effortlessly fuses traditional and contemporary while underlining their commitment and passion for their musical heritage as well as displaying a willingness to explore and challenge boundaries.

The concert starts at 8pm and tickets are £15.
