A VILLAGER has spoken of her shock after his village became the scene of a suspected murder.

A man in his 20s has been arrested following a suspected murder in Hanbury, near Droitwich.
Police were called yesterday afternoon following reports of an incident and found a woman thought to be in her 40s dead. A man was arrested nearby shortly after. No-one esle is being sought in connection with the investigation.
The road remains closed between the junction with Pump House Lane and the junction with the school and only residents were being let through the cordon.
A resident, who declined to be named, said of the place where the alleged murder happened: "It is a house that has been rented out.
"People in the road don't really know them. It's very sad. It's really shocking.
"Yesterday we could see blue lights flashing from about 4.30pm. That's when the police came.
"At about 8pm the police came and the road was closed. I thought, 'Oh gosh, there has been an accident along there'. "
Investigations are ongoing and the Worcestershire coroner has been informed.
