K E Petch wants wheelie bins in Malvern.It would be a shame to ruin the appearance ofthe town as it has been in Cheltenham with bins outside the front gardens of beautiful Regency terraces.
A lot ofthe houses in Malvern are on the side of the hills so couldn’t use them anyway.
I absolutely agree with Owen Manning who says ‘they are ugly and smelly’.
We certainly don’t want them here in Upton.
