MALVERN youngster Carrick Hill has played his way to a new contract with Midlands giants West Bromwich Albion.
The academy under 10s central midfielder or defender earned a 12-month stay last May after a successful trial.
Following consistent displays for Albion against top Premier League teams, he has bagged a further yearlong deal to enhance his hopes of becoming a professional footballer.
Hill trains four days a week for eight-and-a-half hours in total and plays on Sundays.
The Northleigh Primary School pupil, 10, said he is thoroughly enjoying his time with the Baggies and added the club is like one big family.
