RECENT reports suggest that Worcester Warriors are interested in bringing 34-year-old Fijian rugby star Leona Nakarawa to Sixways.

Steve Diamond has been on the hunt for a second-row and has already admitted earlier this year that they are hard to come by.

Nakarawa has often amazed the rugby world with his remarkable skillset for a lock and his outrageous offloading ability.

He has been with French side Toulon this season but it was revealed his time would be coming to a premature end after an unsuccessful spell.

Nakarawa has been capped 64 times for his county and has played in three Rugby World Cups.

He made a name for himself with Glasgow Warriors and was named man of the match in the Pro12 Final in 2015, when the Scottish side beat Munster.

Diamond has often stated he is not after "star" players or "big names" but with second-row seemingly being a difficult area in which to find players, Nakarawa could fill the void for Worcester in the short-term.

He would certainly offer the bulk and power Diamond has been after, that's for sure.
