Jamie Shillcock is in line for a return to the squad next weekend in the Premiership Rugby Cup fixture with Exeter Chiefs next weekend.
The full-back was helped off the pitch with a nasty looking injury at half-time of the 19-14 win over Bristol Bears last month.
There were early fears for a serious injury and a lengthy time out but those worries were put to bed Steve Diamond afterwards who said it was not a long-term problem.
He will not be fit to play against Exeter this weekend at home but Diamond hopes to have him to call on next Saturday in the cup at Sandy Park.
The likes of Kyle Hatherell, Owen Williams, Francois Venter and Sam Lewis remain unavailable for the visit of Exeter to Sixways.
Ollie Lawrence, Melani Nanai and Will Butler are all long term injuries.
