MALVERN Triathlon Club ace Lucy Bennett-Poole completed an Ironman event in Vichy, France.
She did the 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike section and marathon run in 13 hours 15 minutes and 13 seconds for sixth place in the women's 45 to 49 year category.
In the Brutal event in Snowdonia amid tough weather conditions, Paul Cope did the triathlon of a 2.4-mile swim, 116-mile bike section and 25.1-mile run, which included the ascent and descent of the mountain, in 16.14.26.
Henry Walker did the duathlon of runs over five and seven miles and a 58-mile bike section in 5.42.12 to finish as fourth man.
Walker then completed the Big Brutal 5km swim in 1.36.
The BCT Wombourne Sprint Triathlon involved a 400m swim, 20km bike section and a 5km run.
Malvern's Sarah Davies was second in the women's open category in 1.13.36 while Heather Kirk clocked 1.19.42, Colin Davies 1.07.23 and John Bryan 1.08.14.
