Malvern Buzzards' Julie Caseley and Alison Owens
MALVERN Buzzards picked up prizes at the Timberhonger 10k in Bromsgrove.
Alison Owens was third woman in 43 minutes 12 seconds and Julie Caseley first female 55 and over in 53.24.
Sarah Armstrong was fourth woman and first supervet at the Cleobury Mortimer 10k in 42.36.
Steve Jalim completed the Swansea Half Marathon in a personal best of one hour 44 minutes 54 seconds.
Holly Kent did the 100km Race to the Stones in 17.55.00.
At the Castle Howard half marathon, Mike Anstey finished in 2.17.47 and Lynda Broadway in a PB of 2.20.11.
