UPTON secured double gold at the British Rowing Masters Championships.
Three crews travelled to Strathclyde Country Park, Scotland, for the nationals with success for the mixed E doubles and women's E quad.
Julian and Tabitha Scrivener won their championship mixed E doubles heat by 7.5 seconds.
In worsening conditions for the final in Lanarkshire, the Upton duo pulled away from the rest of the field to win gold by seven seconds, having beaten a total of seven other crews.
In the non-championship event, the women’s E quad of Jo Hammett, Sue MacGregor, Pippa Riddle and Linda Scott won a close contest against four other crews by half-a-second.
Hammett and Scott subsequently rowed in the women’s F double sculls event but did not reach the final.
