MALVERN Buzzards' Sarah Armstrong was the first woman home and fifth overall in the Bumble Bimble race.
Armstrong completed the 10-mile muddy, multi-terrain course along with 101 other runners in Worcestershire in one hour, 24 minutes and 38 seconds.
Malvern Joggers duo Sue Lewis and Jodie Pemberton-Moffatt completed the course in 02.41.35 and 02.41.33 respectively.
Buzzards' Mike Anstey (53.44) finished 15th, Ellie Bullman (56.54) in 27th and Lynda Broadway (01.00.41) in 39th in the five-mile race.
Fellow Buzzards runners Rob and Lisa Hopkins completed two of the Jurassic Coast Lulworth races. Rob ran the 34-mile challenges in 07.04.00 and Lisa did the 10k in 01.18.00.
Joggers aces Ruth and John Lucus ran in sapping 34°C heat and 81 per cent humidity at UNESCO world heritage site in Cambodia to complete the Angkor Wat 10k.
Andrew Brown was the first Malvern Jogger home in the second round of the Herefordshire Cross Country Winter League at Rotherwas in a time of 53.38.
Julie Caseley tackled the three laps of the flat course which was along the banks of the River Wye in 59.52.
