HEREFORD Head of Football Tim Harris admitted that the current performances ‘are not good enough’ as the Bulls fell to a 3-0 defeat to Southport.

“I think it’s frustrating for everybody involved at the club but we’ve seen the fans reaction tonight and Saturday and it’s certainly not what we envisaged when we came in,” said Harris

“I’m not going to stand here and make excuses about anything because we have just got to take it on the chin, deal with it and try and get this club winning football matches.

“That’s easier said than done. If you talk about some of the instances that have gone on, on the pitch with the games that we’ve played there are some justifications.

“Whilst I’m pretty confident we can bring one or two more experienced players in it’s what we desperately need.

“Nothing is going to please the fans unless we win football matches. We’ve got to stay strong, keep our heads up and take the flack and move on.

“Invariably it’s not good enough although I am stating the obvious. We either sit here and crumble or stand strong.
