MALVERN Buzzards were crowned winning male and female team at the Magnificent Seven in Eastnor. 

Dominique Kent was first woman in 54 minutes 12 seconds over the seven miles.

Keith Evans was second overall in 45.46, Matt Warne fifth in 48.07, Sam Burnage sixth and first over 40 in 48.53 and Sim Foreman seventh in 49.32.

Nick Pemberton clocked 54.56, Seb Bamford 55.48, Jack Young 56.44, Andrew Houghton 57.00, first woman over 40 Natalie Bennett 59.14, Ali Webb 59.56, Andy Dingley 1.00.51 and Jennie Bond 1.19.28.

Sarah Armstrong was third woman and first over 50 at the Black Mountains Trails Race over nine miles in 1.14.48 while Lily Price clocked 1.42.42.

Wesley Ogden set a personal best at the Stroud Half Marathon of 1.42.57 while Lisa Smith and Rob Smith ran 2.42.17.

The Ron Skilton Half Marathon saw Eric Gough and Julie Mitchell clock 2.09.42.

Neil Griffith did 56.28 at the Dirtrun Winter Warrior Brockhampton 10k.
