MALVERN Radar moved into fourth in McDonald's Worcester and District League Sunday Division Three with a hard-fought 4-2 victory at Perrywood Reserves.
The first 20 minutes saw the hosts in the ascendancy with the visitors struggling to get their passing game together.
But the game changed when Andy Nolan notched his first goal of the season.
Adam Buckley stroked home a confident penalty after Kieran Smith was upended in the area and then Jon Fitzpatrick sent the visitors into half-time 3-0 up with a tap-in at the far post.
When Kieran Smith opened the second half with a fine individual goal, a Radar victory looked assured.
But eight minutes of madness saw Daniel Adams score for the Worcester side after sloppy work in midfield.
Then Arron Hewitt found himself in acres of space to reduce the arrears further.
But Malvern saw out the game to secure the win.
