MALVERN helped celebrate more than 10 seasons of the Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup by taking part in an event hosted by Worcester Warriors.
In the under 11s competition Malvern demonstrated plenty of effort and skill but fell just short of earning a trip to the Gallagher Premiership final on June 1.
But, despite seeing that honour go to Oswestry, Malvern's Seth Essenhigh, 10, was still proud of his side’s performances.
He said: “Playing with all your friends is really fun. We won a few matches and that was good for us.
“There were so many teams here, that was really exciting. I love playing rugby because of how quick the game is and I like scoring a lot.
“We tried our best in every game, it was nice to play in Worcester and I’m happy with how I played.”
Participating players also had the opportunity to meet Warriors duo Ethan Waller and Jamie Shillcock.
