A SMALL field for The Worcestershire's Eileen Daniels Invitation Trophy produced big scoring.
Janet Manning-Cox teamed up with Catherine Jeffries from Eaton, Norwich, to win with 45 points in the four-ball better-ball format.
The Worcestershire's players lost their bi-annual visit to Moseley 4-2.
In fine conditions, club captain Peter Basten and Cuth McDowell won 3&2 but losses in the next four matches handed the victory to Moseley despite Peter Pearson and Peter Jolley finishing with a one-up success.
In their final local derby of the season, The Worcestershire seniors lost 5-3 at Boughton Park.
There were wins for Tony Cox and Neil Hide one-up, Nigel Teale and Mike Travis 2&1 and Dave Anderson and Ron Gordon one-up.
But captain Andy Peet and Barry Caswell lost 4&3, Robin Marling and Ron Barker one-down, Terry Cox and Stan Jones 5&4, Euan McClelland and Phil Bayliss 2&1 and Keith Hitchcock and Mike Baird 5&4.
The midweek medal was won by Peet with 71 nett from John Poulton and Ian Brazier on 72.
In the nine-hole stableford, Peter Taylor edged out McClelland on 24 points with 11 under par between them.
Andrew Stow was third with 19.
