FORMER Test umpire David Shepherd will be speaking at Colwall Cricket Club on Monday, July 9, starting at 7.15pm.
David has many interesting stories to tell about his time in the middle, he took charge of three consecutive World Cup finals, and his playing days with Gloucestershire CCC.
He was also famous for his dislike of the Nelson score (111) that would see him hopping from foot to foot.
