BROMYARD fell to a fourwicket loss at early Worcestershire League Division One leaders Astwood Bank.
The Herefordshire side were restricted to 188-9 from 50 overs despite the efforts of Ed Smith (54) and Dinusha Fernando (50no). Bank won with three balls to spare.
Bromyard seconds also lost, going down by 55 runs at home to Netherton in Division Two with Mike Reece producing a useful allround effort of 47 runs and 3-56 with the ball.
Canon Frome had to be content with a winning draw in Division Six with hosts Stone hanging on with 161-9 after chasing 172-9.
