POLICE have released an image of a Malvern man who admitted assaulting a PCSO in the town, as well as a string of driving offences.
We reported previously how Josh Smith, of Jamaica Road, Malvern, appeared before magistrates in Worcester on June 17 to face a number of charges.
These were: driving without a licence, driving without insurance, driving with undue care and attention, using threatening or abusive words and behaviour and assaulting a PCSO.
All the offences took place on March 22 this year in Malvern, when 18 year-old Smith had been driving a Peugeot 206 in May Bank, Malvern. He admitted all the charges and he was remanded on bail until July 19 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
Smith is also due to undergo a mental health assessment on June 24 and he is banned from entering or loitering near Arek O’Barbers in order to prevent offending.
