A MAN has been arrested after falling off a suspected stolen motorbike during a police pursuit.
Officers from Brierley Hill station spotted the bike, believed to have been stolen in a burglary, while out on patrol in Pensnett on Saturday (June 27).
Police say the rider drove onto the pavement in a bid to escape, before falling off the bike.
The rider was then arrested after police caught him following a chase on foot, PC Jamie Follows said.
The man remains in police custody and the bike, which was suspected to have been stolen in Kingswinford on Friday, has been returned to its owner.
