OFFICIAL figures show two more cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Herefordshire, the first new cases in six days.
Public Health England figures show that 463 people had been confirmed as testing positive for Covid-19 by 9am Wednesday morning (June 17) in Herefordshire, up from 461 the same time on Tuesday. A week before, there were 459 cases.
It means cases have increased by less than 0.5% over the last 24 hours, on a par with the rate of increase across the UK.
The number of cases had stood at 461 since Thursday (June 11).

They were among the 16,807 cases recorded across the West Midlands, a figure which rose by 33 over the period.
Cumulative case counts include patients who are currently unwell, have recovered and those that have died.
Across the UK, 299,251 people had tested positive for coronavirus as of 9am on Wednesday, up from 298,136 at the same point on Tuesday, Department of Health and Social Care figures show. As of 5pm on Tuesday, 42,153 people had died.
