A MAN man has been charged with assault in connection to an incident in Worcester at the weekend.
Jonathan Shaw, aged 29, of Mendip Close in Malvern, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today (November 5) and was bailed to reappear at a later date.

The charge relates to an incident in Copenhagen Street, Worcester, on Sunday, November 4, at 12.20am. A 37-year-old man was injured and currently remains in a critical condition in hospital.
Investigating officers are appealing for witnesses to call West Mercia Police on 101 quoting incident 0011S of 3 November, 2019 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
