Birlingham Photography Club members will welcome Worcestershire-based professional photographer Terry Livesey to its November 5 meeting.
Terry said: “This will be a truly interactive session where members can challenge and question my comments and in doing so find out what judges look for when awarding points and prizes.”
Club organiser Angela Fitch, said: “Terry’s presentation is perfectly timed as we have a club competition in December.
"Any advice he can provide is sure to inspire members to put his judging experience into practice on the lead up to the competition submission deadline. He has asked people to email digital images in advance to birlinghamphoto@btinternet.com or bring hard copy versions on the night, when he will give friendly and constructive feedback to participating photographers.”
The meeting takes place in Birlingham village hall from 7pm-8.30pm.
It costs £4pp, which includes refreshments and a presentation, interactive workshop or competition.
