TRIMPLEY Vintage Rally and Auction is back for its 17th year.

The unique display of machinery and pre-1980s vehicles will be set in a beautiful part of Worcestershire's countryside - at Bite Farm in Trimpley - this August.

The Saturday (August 3) is auction day, with an admission fee of £1 per person towards the Midlands Air Ambulance charity. The auction starts at 10am.

Show day will be on Sunday (August 4) from 10am to 4.30pm at a cost of £5 for adults or free for under-14s.

There will be hundreds of vintage vehicles, cars, motorcycles, tractors, commercials and steam-powered vehicles, plus trade, craft and charity stalls on the day.

Pre-1980s music will be performed live on stage by four acts including a George Formby and Vera Lynn tribute act.

Emergency services will also be hosting displays.

A highlight of this year's show will be the first visit by Steve Harbache, from Stourbridge, with his 1923 Foden steam tractor.
