A MAN is due to appear at Worcester Crown Court this morning for the next hearing on drugs and weapons charges.
Kurtis Barton-Hanson faces five charges relating to alleged incidents in the city on November 5 last year.
READ MORE: IN THE DOCK: Shoplifters and fare dodgers at Worcester Magistrates CourtThe charges include possession of a firearm (Airsoft weapon) with intent to cause fear of violence, possession of an article with a blade or point without good reason or lawful authority in Grandstand Road, Worcester, possession of a controlled drug of class A (cocaine), possession of a controlled drug of class B (cannabis), criminal damage at the Fownes Hotel in Worcester.
Barton-Hanson of Seaview Drive, Southend, Essex was scheduled to face trial on September 10, but today's hearing is listed as a sentencing.
