Longbridge Dining Club returns this Saturday with Michelin-starred chef and TV personality Glynn Purnell.

Known for securing Birmingham’s first Michelin star and a regular guest on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen, Glynn will be sharing his monkfish masala recipe during a live cooking demonstration.

He is joined by Andy Stubbs from barbecue experts Low ’n’ Slow, who will cook up locally farmed steak.

Andy will kick off the demos at 11.30am, followed by Glynn’s at 12:30pm and 1.30pm.

This year Longbridge Dining Club, an event ran by award-winning street food brand Digbeth Dining Club, has made its mouth-watering series of dining clubs bi-weekly – offering award-winning food, craft beers, drinks, entertainment alongside Digbeth Arts Market from 11am – 6pm.

Longbridge Dining Club is a family and dog friendly event and is free to attend.
