A LOLLIPOP man who is described as a ‘joy’ is a runner-up in the Unsung Hero category.
Staff like Stan Buller, from Hartlebury Church of England Primary School, are vital to the day to day work of a school. Making sure pupils can cross the road safely and helping them make it to school safely. His nomination described him as 100 per cent reliable, and someone who the children adore, and he is a fantastic example of someone without whom schools cannot function.
Mr Buller, nicknamed ‘Stan the Lollipop Man’ has been described as a ‘blessing’ by the school’s headteacher.
