A COUNTY law firm has appointed two new property experts to one of its offices

David Faulkner has been appointed as an associate and Stephanie Rushfirth has joined the firm as a solicitor.

The pair will assist in a growing case load as the company handles a wide range of property matters from across the local area and the wider region.

David has many years of experience specialising in residential property including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, purchase of freeholds, lease extensions and auction sales.

Stephanie, meanwhile, brings several years of litigation experience including dealing with complex residential and commercial land and property related disputes.

David, from Worcester, said “mfg is a highly respected firm with first-class credentials in all areas of law. I look forward to doing all I can to build on and develop that reputation further in the months and years ahead. It is an exciting move for me.”

The pair have joined the Bromsgrove branch of mfg, which also has offices in Worcester and Kidderminster.

Stephanie, who lives in Bromsgrove, added: “I’m pleased to have joined mfg Solicitors.

"It is a friendly, growing firm with a fantastic reputation here in Bromsgrove and I look forward to playing my part in the firm’s future success.”

David will work with partner Peter Simner, head of the firm’s residential property division while Stephanie will report to partner and property litigation specialist, Harjie Singh Bindra.

Chairman Maynard Burton said: “Both David and Stephanie bring a wealth of experience and I am delighted to welcome them to mfg.

"On the back of a growing number of instructions from clients, we are seeing a strong period of growth and that needs the best lawyers to be part of our wider property team."

The firm’s Bromsgrove office has continued to welcome new clients this year and this summer mfg will mark six years since it merged with Bromsgrove legal practice, Scotts Holt & Sellars.
