A DUDLEY man will stand trial with three other men next month charged with murdering a 24-year-old man who died from gunshot wounds nearly a year ago.
Dwaine Smith, 26, of The Broadway, has denied killing Dwaine Haughton along with Montell Gray, 22, Seamus Williams, 23, and 22-year-old Kurrum Guild.
The four men have further denied possessing a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life and handling a stolen Audi car.

He was told at Wolverhampton Crown Court that their trial is set to begin on Monday July 15 and it is expected to last for eight weeks.
After the death of Mr Haughton his devastated family described the heartbreak caused by his loss and said his death
had left a huge hole in their hearts.
