FAMILIES are being invited to a living history fun day being held this month.

The Family Day Out through History with Rudd Archer, The Archer and Friends event is being held Upton Snodsbury Park on Saturday, June 15.

The event features historical events, fun and games, with Worcester Re-enactors and Trevor Harrison MBE, better known as Eddie Grundy from The Archers, compering the day.

Visitors will have the chance to get involved and take part in original crafts and workshops, historical games and game playing with real historians.

There will also be activities for all ages in the craft tent, hot and cold refreshments will be available, as well as shops, stalls, and Morris and Maypole dancing.

The day is in aid of the Park at Upton Snodsbury fundraising organised by Upton Snodsbury Parish Recreational Association - the group fully run for the community by volunteers.
