HEREFORD FC have banned a fan from Edgar Street following ‘allegations about recent incidents in the stadium’.
The incidents are currently being investigated by the police.
A statement on the club’s website said: "Hereford FC club officials are disappointed to confirm they have this week had to make the regrettable decision to exclude a supporter from Edgar Street for an indefinite period following allegations about recent incidents in the stadium.
"While the club feel it is right to share a brief update on this news, the incidents are now the subject of a live investigation by West Mercia Police and therefore officials at Edgar Street are not in a position to make any further comment on this matter.
"The ‘exclusion’ is pending the Police Investigation and is not a ‘permanent banning order.’"
