A 34-YEAR-OLD man from Kidderminster has been given a three-year criminal behaviour order for 'constant anti-social behaviour'.
Police were successful in gaining the order for Craig Wright on March 12.
The CBO was granted due to the 'constant anti-social behaviour' shown by Mr Wright.
The conditions of the order mean that Mr Wright cannot enter the Nisa store in the Horsefair, and dictate he must leave any premises when asked to do so by any person having authority.
Mr Wright is also restricted from using foul, abusive or offensive language - or from behaving in an aggressive, threatening or intimidating manner - in a public place.
Residents are urged to call 101 if they see Mr Wright breaching any of these conditions.
