IT'S another smash hit musical for the lucky pupils of The Theatre Factory in Worcester.

The pupils at The Theatre Factory are taking a local audience back to the days of leg warmers and jazz hands this weekend, as they put on one of their biggest musicals to date, Fame.

Theatre Factory was established in 2011 by Leanne Hollyhead, who said: “This show is a real challenge for the kids as a lot of them have never danced before so we are pushing them to try a new discipline as well as develop their singing and acting skills further.

"I played the lead in this show many years ago so it holds a special place in my heart. I am delighted that the kids have relished and loved the rehearsal process as much as they have. It’s been hard work but they have all grown so much. The best way to learn your craft is to be up there performing as much as possible. We do three shows a year now and they just keep getting bigger and better!”
