THE Big Feastival, which bills itself as the UK’s biggest family festival, has this week announced its largest ever line-up, and all for the 2019 celebration.

Jess Glynne, Elbow and Rudimental will headline on the music front, supported by emerging talents like Lewis Capaldi and firm favourites The Zutons, Nina Nesbitt and Fun Lovin’ Criminals – to name but a few!

A spokesman said: "The Big Feastival is also home to culinary masters and offers a rare chance to see live demonstrations and find out tricks of the kitchen. Festival-goers will be treated to dishes from Michelin star winning chefs Raymond Blanc OBE, Daniel Clifford and James Lowe as well as TV favourites Prue Leith CBE, Gennaro Contaldo, Candice Brown and Andi Oliver.

"Following a record-breaking success last year, which saw The Big Feastival celebrate a record attendance and fastest ever sell-out, the festival will be welcoming the UK’s best musical talent, Michelin star chefs, legendary children’s entertainers, and award-winning street food to the Cotswolds this August Bank Holiday weekend: Friday August 23 to Sunday August 25."

The spokesman added: "As always, the jampacked line-up does not disappoint. With music from the UK’s biggest artists, Michelin star chefs live on stage, award-winning street food and an exciting programme of family entertainment, The Big Feastival has something for everyone.

"And The Big Feastival will be kicking off with a belter of a start thanks to none other than the platinum selling Rudimental with their Friday night DJ set. The party continues on Saturday night with Grammy Award winner, Jess Glynne, taking centre stage. The singer-songwriter was the first British female solo artist to achieve seven No.1 singles in the UK when her hit I’ll Be There hit top spot last summer."

The Big Feastival takes place on Alex James’ Farm near Kingham, Oxfordshire.
