A DUDLEY man is to stand trial with three other Black Country men accused of killing a man who was shot dead in Wolverhampton.
Dwain Smith, aged 25, of The Broadway, faced a judge with his three co-defendants and they all pleaded not guilty to murdering 24-year-old Dwaine Haughton who was killed in Valley Road, Park Village last July.
Smith, Kurrum Guild 22 of Oakthorpe Gardens, Tividale, Montell Gray 22 of Springfield Road and 22-year-old Seamus Williams of Okemont Gardens, both Wednesfield, further denied being in possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
The four men also pleaded not guilty to possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life and handling a stolen Audi car and setting fire to the vehicle.
Judge James Burbidge QC further remanded all four men in custody and told them their trial on the charges was scheduled to begin on July 15.
