POLICE are warning residents to lock their car doors and remove all valuables from inside, following a suspicious incident in Blakedown.
The warning comes after a man was spotted trying car door handles along Belbroughton Road between 2.15am and 2.27am on Wednesday, January 9.
A spokesman for Kidderminster East Safer Neighbourhood Team said: "Please ensure you lock your car doors and remove all belongings.
"If you have information that you believe may be in connection to the above, please call the police on 101 quoting incident number 0038s.
"Remain vigilant around your area and report suspicious persons, vehicles or activity to the police on 101.
"Information can also be given anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or by visiting their website crimestoppers-uk.org."
