THE Cotswold Hereford BMW garage has expanded to ensure more customers can see the German cars on offer.
A substantial refurbishment has taken place on the site off Roman Road to improve the experience for those looking to buy new wheels.
The customer car park has seen the number of spaces jump from 18 to 30 while more vehicles can now be fitted inside the showroom.
Peter Redfern, Head of Business at Cotswold Hereford, said the changes were made to improve the customer journey.
"The business needed updating and we wanted to create more room to view the cars internally," he added.
Among the 70 people now working at the BMW site include a number with the word 'genius' included in their job titles.
They are there to answer any questions ranging from issues with fitting baby seats to talking about how well the car t handles in the rain without sales talk.
Mr Redfern said he appreciated there has been a degree of inconvenience to visitors during the refurbishment and thanked everyone for their patience.
