A TEENAGE girl who accuses two men of raping her had 'previously enjoyed a threesome' and was ‘eager’ and ‘up for it’, one of the accused has told a court.

A transcript of rape suspect Kulin Odedra’s police interview was read out at Worcester Crown Court yesterday. Odedra told officers the girl had wanted a threesome, kissed him and grabbed him, telling him: “I want you as well.”

The girl, aged 16 at the time, says she was raped in Bradley Tout’s car which had been parked behind a skip at County Hall, Worcester on December 27, 2016. The girl says she was also raped in Tout’s car at an isolated location near Warndon Villages later the same evening.

Bradley Tout, 20, of Durham Road, Ronkswood, Worcester, Kulin Odedra, 28, of Canterbury Road, Ronkswood and Kaasim Multani, 20, of Westminster Road, Ronkswood, deny paying for the sexual services of a child after giving her alcohol, cannabis, soft drinks and food. Odedra denies two counts of rape, one of attempted rape, one of assault by penetration and one of attempting to sexually exploit a child. Tout denies a single count of rape.

Odedra told police in an interview on February 1, 2017: “She said she had had a threesome before. We were intrigued.”

The girl was asked if she would have a threesome again and Odedra said he heard her say: “I don’t mind. Why not?”

Odedra told officers he had been ‘shocked’ , assumed the girl was ‘messed up’ and that she had been ‘up for it more than us.’ Odedra heard Tout say ‘she’s on it man’, the court heard. Odedra told police he formed the opinion she was ‘one of them girls that like sex.’

Odedra denied giving the girl Jack Daniel's whiskey or cannabis or forcing himself upon her. He said he got her telephone number after she had kissed him and he offered to meet her later that night to ‘Netflix and chill’, telling her all she would need was her toothbrush.

Once Tout had dropped Multani off at home Tout, Odedra and the girl went to another location. Odedra said the girl had sex with Tout and him, alternating between the two of them.

Odedra was contacted by the girl’s mum on Facebook the week before he was interviewed by police. She tried to add him as a friend, told him her daughter was ‘only 16’. Odedra said that her mum said she knew that he had had sex with her daughter, warning him to ‘stay away’ before blocking him. The girl gave evidence on Friday and Monday, declining the use of a screen, telling the jury of 10 men and two women: “It was obvious I didn’t want to do anything.”

She said: “I did not want any of this. I did not enjoy any of it.”

The trial continues.
