A WOMAN has been given a two-year suspended jail sentence and ordered to pay £8,000 back to a family estate in Tenbury Wells.
Amanda Gibbs, nee Millichip, aged 33, of Wheeler Orchard, Tenbury Wells admitted stealing the substantial sum.
Ten cheques valued at £800 each were provided from Glyn and Marion Morgan between February and July 2016.
The theft against these two now deceased persons was deemed a breach of trust.
The judge at Hereford Crown Court passed a sentence of two years imprisonment, suspended for two years, and ordered, under the proceeds of crime act, for Gibbs to repay the monies to the Morgan's family estate.
All outstanding benefit from criminal conduct is a lifetime debt owed until such time as it is fully repaid.
