AN Alcester business celebrated their office expansion with a visit from Stratford MP Nadhim Zahawi.
Morrison Insurance Solutions, off Adams Way in Springfield Business Park, has employed 17 people in the last three years.
After growing out of their current office, the company who now employs 47 people, purchased additional space within Springfield Business Park to accommodate their growing work force.
The new space means that the staff have a new staff room, as well as a state of the art training room facility.
The official opening on Friday, April 21 gave staff the chance for staff to talk to the MP about Insurance Premium Tax, apprenticeships and the upcoming election.
Managing director Ian Millard said: "Listening to Nadhim’s own experience as a previous adviser to the Prime Minster on apprenticeships was invaluable to ourselves as keen supporters of the programme.
In addition, we were able to share some useful dialogue about our work in assisting businesses protect themselves against cyber-attacks as well as our continued success in The property investor/manager sector which had helped us achieve the current title of Broker of the Year at the UK Broker Awards.
We certainly much appreciated Nadhim’s time in joining us."
The company also has a successful apprenticeship scheme, which has now been running for three years.
