STUDENTS at Dyson Perrins High School paraded their talents with Dyversity, a cross-curricular evening performance, which showcased their wide range of skills and talents.
It included acts as diverse as hip-hop and beat-boxing, to poetry, cheerleading and outrageous fashion, as well as music and drama.
The idea evolved from a joint art and drama trip to see the London performance of Warhorse. Year Nine students, inspired by the fantastic life-sized puppet horses they saw, made their own giant sculptures for a performance, including immense insects.
The idea soon grew with some departments contributing static and digital displays, and the catering students dipped their toes in the industry by preparing and serving the nibbles at interval.
